Conservation and Sustainability
The Northern Patagonia region is home to some of Argentina’s most productive trout fisheries, where sustainable fishing practices help keep these waters healthy and thriving. A catch-and-release policy is in place to protect native trout populations, with the use of barbless hooks recommended to ensure safe handling and release. Guided fishing is conducted with a low-impact approach, carefully designed to preserve the delicate surrounding ecosystem.
